Detailed Measurement
Should you require, we are able to provide full take offs and BoQs for your project or simple check measures as required.
Commercial Management
We are able to take on the financial management and reporting of small to large construction projects, from inception to completion.
We can provide CVR's, Budgets, Cash-Flows and Risk registers. Alternatively, we will be happy to slip in to your organisations existing processes.
Valuations
We are able to aid you in the strategic planning of your Project's cash flow as well and providing project valuations and payments certificates.

Our client base comprises of a mixture of Homeowners, Developers and Architects.
We are usually appointed at the pre-contract phase and remain involved throughout.
Through the tender process, contractor appointment, contract production then all the way through post-contract management and final account.
On top of that, we provide one-off services to clients who require a feasibility cost estimate to see whether or not their project will be financially viable before it even starts.
Main Contractors & Sub-Contractors
For our Main Contractor and Subcontractor clients we offer extensive Tendering & Estimating services.
We start by producing a Bill of Quantities based on the drawings and specification with guaranteed accuracy due to electronic measuring carried out with specialist software.
After finalising the Bill of Quantities we apply market rates to formulate values of particular items of work. Our experts use a mixture of sources to obtain these rates including historic projects, first principles as well as up-to-date quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Whilst our work for Main Contractor and Sub Contractor clients is predominantly tendering and estimating, we can also assist in the post-contract stage with valuations, site visits, meetings and variations through to final account settlement.
